Requirements

Students must complete 15 credits for the Urban Studies Minor;

Alll minors are required to take two core courses:

In addition, students must select three courses from the list of Optional Courses, below. All are 3-credit courses. ARC students may select no more than one ARC course while A&S students must select at least one ARC course. BUS students may select any three courses.

NOTE: For each of the courses listed, either URB 201 or URB 301 may substitute as a prerequisite, with permission of instructor (i.e., Urban Studies minors are not required to take introductory courses in the Department from where they select optional courses). The list is likely to change over time and other courses may be considered by the Director of the program.
